Knee Joint Pain

Knee joint pain can stem from arthritis, including osteoarthritis (cartilage wear) and rheumatoid arthritis (autoimmune inflammation), or from acute injuries like ligament or tendon tears, meniscus damage, or fractures. Overuse, which causes conditions like tendinitis and runner's knee, is a common cause of pain.
